LHF Edu-Tour

Leadership should not only be taught early but it should also be taught well. The LHF Edu-Tour is a dynamic mobile outreach program designed to deliver transformative leadership training and etiquette education directly to secondary schools across communities.

This school-based initiative brings the power of character development and civic responsibility to students right where they are, creating a lasting impact through engaging, interactive sessions. The program instills foundational values and essential life skills, preparing students to lead with vision, integrity, and compassion and also help them develop character and discipline. 

Program Components:

• In-School Leadership Training
  Expert-led sessions introduce students to core leadership concepts including responsibility, influence, emotional intelligence, and decision-making.
   
• Etiquette & Character Development
  Students learn the importance of manners, respect, discipline, and presentation—key traits for building confidence and becoming socially responsible individuals.
   
• Workshops & Interactive Activities
  Through storytelling, role plays, and peer engagement, participants internalize values like empathy, teamwork, service, and accountability.
   
• Mentorship & Role Modeling
  Young leaders interact with facilitators and mentors who share real-life experiences and guide them through practical ways to lead in school, at home, and in their communities.
